Health & safety guidelines

Before your appointment

  • Avoid Wearing Eye Makeup.
On the day of your brow and lash appointment, avoid wearing eye makeup, such as mascara, eyeliner, and eyeshadow. This helps create a clean surface for your brow and lash treatment. In any case we will remove applied makeup on certain areas.

  • Remove Contact Lenses.
If you wear contact lenses, remove them before your appointment. This helps prevent discomfort or irritation during your lash styling.

  • Schedule an Allergy Patch Test.
If it’s your very first time getting brow and lash tinting or lamination, schedule an allergy patch test at least 24-48 hours before your appointment. This test helps ensure you won’t have an allergic reaction to the treatment products.

  • Inform About Medical Conditions.
Let us know if you have any medical conditions, such as eye infections, skin sensitivities, or recent eye surgeries. These conditions may affect your suitability for brow and lash treatments.

  • Arrive on Time.
Arrive on time for your appointment to ensure you receive your full brow and lash treatment without any rush.

After your appointment

  • Avoid Water and Steam on Treated Areas for 24 Hour.
After tinting or lamination, avoid exposing your brows and lashes to water, steam, or excessive moisture for at least 24 hours. This includes avoiding swimming, saunas, gym and washing your face directly.

  • Avoid Heat and Sun Exposure.
For the first 24-48 hours, avoid heat treatments like sunbeds, hot showers, or direct sunlight exposure. Heat can weaken the effects of your brow lamination or lash tinting.

  • Skip Eye Makeup for 24 Hours.
Do not apply eye makeup for the first 24 hours after your brow and lash treatment. This helps the tinting and lamination products set properly.

  • Avoid Rubbing or Touching Your Brows and Lashes.
Refrain from rubbing or touching your brows and lashes, as this can cause irritation and affect the results of your brow and lash treatment.

  • Gentle Face Cleansing.
Cleanse your face with a gentle, non-abrasive cleanser, being cautious around the treated brow and lash areas. If needed ask us for personal suggestions.

  • Schedule Regular Follow-Up Treatments.
To maintain your desired brow and lash look, schedule follow-up appointments every 4-6 weeks. Regular treatments help keep your brows and lashes looking their best.
